The candidate of the Socialist Party for the Municipality of Shkodra, Benet Beci, has voted at the voting center in his town. He said that now the word belongs to the citizens.

 "We talked a lot in the campaign, today the citizens are speaking. The more they go to the ballot boxes. It's a beautiful day for Shkodra", Beci said briefly to the media after casting her vote in the ballot box.
