VIDEO/ Edi Rama doesn't hold back at the summit, he kisses the prime minister of Italy

Prime Minister Edi Rama has behaved no differently than in the past, but today he dared even more and kissed one of the leaders present at the summit in Moldova.

A video published by the editor-in-chief of Euroactiv, Aneta Zachová, shows how Rama kisses Giorgia Meloni on the cheek during the meeting in Moldova, but it seems that the kiss came very suddenly to Meloni.

"I managed to catch how Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama 'attacked' Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni", writes Aneta Zachová on Twitter.
