The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, came out this Monday in a statement to the media, where he spoke about the idea of ​​creating a "Vatican" in Tirana.

He said that this idea is welcome, but attacked Prime Minister Edi Rama, saying that he uses this initiative for political purposes.

According to him, this idea can become a precedent for our region.

" Political game in which Rama himself is involved, every political and diplomatic effort to promote not only one of our national values, but also to identify Albania as a Bektashi center is welcome, but it cannot be misused as a political agenda, even more so when they are not consulted and risk becoming a precedent for our region ", said Meta.
