Parliament of Albania

Speaker Lindita Nikolla "clashed" with the democratic deputy, Asllan Dogjani, after the latter asked him to speak in the Assembly for the procedure, but he was not allowed.

Dogjani addressed the Speaker in high tones, saying that the latter is treating the Parliament as private property.
