The Special Prosecution Office has accepted the request of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, not to appear at the institution on Monday, February 3.

The request filed through the lawyer was accepted because Berisha will travel to Germany for a business meeting.

But he will appear on the third Monday of next month. The appeal of the GJKKO restored the measure of the obligation to appear twice a month at SPAK Berisha for this file, overturning the previous revocation of the GJKKO. 

Berisha claimed that he received an invitation from the CDU for February 3. This invitation is said to have been delivered and translated by a notary.
