Today the Parliament, Rama and Balluku in the interpellation with the DP

The Assembly will meet today, at 10:00, in a public plenary session.

According to the agenda, there will be an interpellation between Prime Minister Edi Rama and MP Gazment Bardhi, requested by the latter, in relation to the ships leaving from the Port of Durrës, suspected of transporting dangerous substances to China and Thailand.

Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, wanted by the deputies of the Democratic Party, will also have an interpellation for the construction of the Thumane-Kashar segment and the "Rruga e Kombit" axis, with the accusations that they block the access of citizens who live in the nearby areas.

On the agenda will be the mandate of Olta Xhaçka, "for sending to the Constitutional Court the motion of 1/10 of the deputies for the incompatibility of the mandate".

In support of order no. 59, dated 10.9.2024 of the Speaker of the Assembly, Mrs. Elisa Spiropali, the agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 2.9.2024. (Article 44, point 2 of the Rules of the Assembly)

3. Urgent interpellation with the Prime Minister of Albania, Mr. Edi Rama, requested by MP Gazment Bardhi.
4. Urgent interpellation with the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Mrs. Belinda Balluku, requested by a group of deputies of the Democratic Party.

5. Normative act no. 2 dated 1.8.2024."On some amendments and additions to law no. 123/2014, "On the order of doctors in the Republic of Albania".

6. Normative act no. 3 dated 28.8.2024."On some changes and additions to law no. 97/2023, "On the 2024 budget", as amended.

7. Draft law "On the ratification of the loan agreement, between the Republic of Albania (the borrower) and the French Development Agency (the lender), for the financing of the project "A public policy loan to support the renewable capacity and green development of Albania""

8. Draft law "On the ratification of the letter of participation of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania in the memorandum of understanding for the European Center of Excellence against Hybrid Threats".

9. Draft law "On some changes and additions to law no. 64/2012, "On fishing", as amended.

10. Draft law "On inspection in the Republic of Albania".

11. Draft law "On some changes and additions to law no. 43/2023, "On electronic government"

12. Draft law "For an addition to the law no. 43/2016, "On international agreements in the Republic of Albania".

13. Draft decision "On sending to the Constitutional Court the motion of 1/10 of the deputies for the incompatibility of the mandate of the deputy Olta Xhaçka".
