12:00 PM Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha appeared at SPAK to be officially informed of the charges against him in the "Partizani" affair.

Surrounded by a group of militants, Berisha defended himself by denying that he pressured or forced someone to sign documents for the privatization of the partisan sports club.

Sali Berisha: The political, mercenary prosecutors knew that they were a fraud because the official notebooks proved that that land was never expropriated. Of the dozens of officials who signed the process documents for the land, none is under criminal prosecution for having implemented the laws. Sali Berisha's signature does not exist in any of these documents.

There is no evidence that Berisha pressured anyone to sign. In the years 2006-2013, there is no law on privatization. All laws have been approved for the population and more than 500,000 Albanians have benefited from the process of recognition and return to legitimate owners.

This DP legal position is completely against the decisions of Edi Rama who gave his brother land in violation of the law. Rama took land in the name of his mother or his people. All development permits for this property were granted by Rama, Basha and Veliaj.

Berisha was put under arrest, but the privatization was started by the socialist government. I am going to receive the political charge and familiarize myself with the falsified materials without any evidence, but dictated by Edi Rama. There is no evidence in the court, while the political justice kept him under arrest for 9 months. This decision without any legal basis, including isolation, is proof that Edi Rama is ready to do anything to prolong his regime. Sali Berisha is more motivated than ever in protecting the public interest of citizens.
