
In today's session in the Assembly, which starts at 10:00, the new ministers are expected to be sworn in, following the decree the day before by President Begaj of 7 changes to the government, proposed by Prime Minister Rama.
As a procedure, the Socialist Party will request a change to the agenda and then vote on all of Begaj's decrees for new ministers. On Wednesday, Begaj signed 13 decrees, 6 dismissals and 7 appointments to office.
The changes in the government were announced by Rama during the SP Assembly meeting, where he decided to dismiss Belinda Balluku as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure, after the Constitutional Court upheld her suspension from office, while SPAK is awaiting authorization for the arrest.

Meanwhile, at 09:00, a meeting of the Secretariat for Procedures, Voting and Ethics is scheduled regarding the SP's request to expel MP Agron Shehaj from the Assembly for 20 days. The SP made the request on Wednesday with the justification that Shehaj blocked the rostrum and refused to leave the hall after the expulsion measure, obstructing the proceedings of the session.
