Today is the deadline for submitting the names of candidates for Mayor to the CEC!

This midnight is the deadline for submitting mayoral candidates and lists of names for Municipal Councillors.

Yesterday evening PD decided to compete in the Municipality of Tirana with its candidate, Roland Bejko. The latter received the majority of the votes of the Presidency, in front of the candidacy of Jonila Godoles, who received only the vote from Roland Bejko.

The latter is expected to lead the list for the Municipal Councils of the capital, however, there is no final decision-making by the Presidency.

Thus, with this decision, it is confirmed that the Democrats will be divided on May 14. This is because Bejko comes as a candidate of Alibeaj and will face Belind Këlliç, a name from the Berisha-Meta coalition, as well as Erion Veliaj of the Socialist Party.
