Prime Minister Edi Rama has delivered his speech today at the GlobSEC 2024 Forum taking place in Prague, Czech Republic.

Rama was asked by the moderator of the discussion how he manages to have good relations with both Donald Trump and Joe Biden in the US, reminding him here of the agreement with Trump's son-in--chief Jarred Kushner for the construction of the luxury resort on the island of Sazan.

Rama said he even has good relations with Alex Soros and Jarred Trump, which he says is a "confrontation with even more salt than Biden-Trump."

He added that Albania is a small country that needs friends, as well as it has good relations with Greece and Turkey.

"I grew up in a communist regime, in a ruthless regime, our friends said are our friends. I see this as a way of conducting even democrats in Europe, America, I talk to democrats not the Democratic Party. I don't believe in choosing friends in this sort of way. On the other hand I'm probably the longest-serving Prime Minister, and I'm aware I don't represent a country that's so high.

The country is a small country, we need friends. I'm friends with Jarred and Alex Soros. It's a more salty confrontation than Biden and Trump. Albania is friendly with greece and Turkey, how can we get wings. I'm very good friends with Melon, she represents the alt-right. I had to explain that it is not a good idea that if I go to her meeting to speak at her meeting I will be considered a traitor," Rama said.
