Today's parliamentary session was accompanied by debates between the majority and the opposition regarding the US embassy's statements that " Albania is threatened by Iran ."

Balla, while responding to the opposition, also had a moment of tension with MP Fatmir Mediu, who he told that he must be held accountable before justice, after killing 26 people in Gërdec.

"Answer the justice system, don't come here at all! Go and answer the justice system, you killed 26 people. You've been treating us like representatives of the Americans for 20 years. Stop treating us like representatives of Congress," Balla addressed Mediu.

While Mediu is heard saying " enough, enough ".

Earlier, Fatmir Mediu requested that the National Security Council convene regarding the potential danger that Albania may face from Iran, as stated by the US embassy.
