The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) has decided to reopen a ballot box for the Municipality of Mallakastra following the request of the Justice, Integration and Unity Party (PDIU).
It is about a ballot box for Municipal Councils and after the recount, irregularities were found.
63 votes for the PDIU had gone to the Socialist Party. After the recount, it turned out that SP has 97 votes, and 161 votes were recorded in the minutes. While 63 votes were cast for the PDIU, while there were no votes in the minutes.
After the recount, PDIU won the second mandate in the Municipal Council of Mallakstra.
