Prime Minister Edi Rama will pay a visit to France this Monday. According to sources for Report TV, the head of government will be received at the Elysee Palace by President Emmanuel Macron at 1:00 PM.
The two leaders are expected to discuss Albania's EU integration and French investments in Albania. The talks will also focus on several projects, including the future French lyceum in Korça.
Last year, when Macron visited Tirana, Albania and France signed cooperation agreements in the field of energy, signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Tourism and Environment and the French Development Agency for the creation of a comprehensive project for sustainable tourism in the Korça region, as well as the declaration of cooperation for the France-Albania Innovation Action Plan.
At that time, Macron promised to stand by Albania on its European journey, saying that the conclusion of negotiations by 2027 is a reality and that France will stand by us so that the agenda is kept on schedule.
