In his speech to the Assembly, Prime Minister Edi Rama also focused on the phenomenon of young people emigrating. The head of the government said that all the countries of the West are suffering from the need for manpower.
According to Rama, the western countries are at the stage where they either have to grab labor force from all sides, or they have to declare bankruptcy. For the head of the government, the departure of young people is not an internal political war, but is a consequence of globalism.
' More than our victory, it is the misfortune of the politics of all of you who come here. If you found out, deal with it, if you found out, next time it will be even more, for you, not for Albania, not for Albanians. We are in the conditions today that Europe has started a war which will become every day more merciless which reminds of that expression the big fish will eat the small at any price and the slave will be a wolf to the slave.
The decline in births has come to the point where it is being reflected in the labor market where the most developed countries are in a situation where they either have to grab jobs from all four sides, or they have to accept the sunset of success and the beginning of their bankruptcy from Germany, the locomotive of Europe, which by 2030 needs 7 million workers outside the German demographic system.
The law that Germany passed a few weeks ago should be imprinted on the heads of those who deal with legislation in Albania. Never before has a state enacted an unskilled worker law. Today it is completely open and this will be the daily trend in Europe where we live. Our effort is a titanic effort to cope with this situation. The song po ikin po ikin is a song of the greatest shame of anyone who sings it from politicians. This is not a reason at all for internal wars. It is the dramatic impact of the products of globalization. The approach must be completely different! - said Rama.
