Marina Duhani
Marina Duhani of PSD has been elected as the head of the Shkodër district council. She received 19 votes in favor, 1 abstention and 1 against, as she was the only candidate in the vote.
Out of 22 members of the district council, the only one who did not vote was the mayor of Fushë Arrëz, Hil Curri.
The 5 mayors also participated in the Shkodër district council meeting.
