The Mandates and Immunity Council will meet on Friday without being familiar with the full documentation brought by SPAK, which requests the arrest of Belinda Balluku.
The Assembly has distributed to the 10 members of the Council only the prosecution's request, but not the supporting evidence contained in a USB, as SPAK has submitted, with the argument that the Special Prosecution has requested that this information remain secret and its publication is prohibited.
The Assembly, in a press release, writes that during Friday's meeting, which will also include prosecutors, it will also discuss how these secret investigative documents will be handled.
