The fierce debates between Albana Vokshi and Plarent Ndreca have disturbed the SP deputy, Erion Braçe in the office next door.

At one point, Braçe entered the meeting and asked Albana Vokshi to lower her voice.

"Go the hell over there, shout a lot, keep your voice down. I have an office over here and if I listen to you, I have a meeting," Braçe said.

The establishment of the Investigative Committee of the Assembly for Sterilization and Health Check-Up was established after an agreement reached by the Socialist Party with the Democratic Party.

But both these concessions are under investigation by SPAK. The first, that of Sterilization, has so far led to the arrest and filing of charges against the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rrjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj.

The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqja, and the former Minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani, are also under investigation. These concessions in Health have raised questions about corruption and abuses.

Even the International Monetary Fund has repeatedly raised questions regarding them as an "inefficient" use of public funds.

Also, the opposition has time and again raised accusations that the concessions were pure abuse of the state budget money.
