The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has issued an instruction to the branches of the party, asking them to 'mobilize', as next year's general elections are approaching.
In the framework of the unification of every opposition energy, this instruction is for the rapprochement and co-optation in the DP structures of "all those who have been in parallel structures", referring with this term to the democrats who have supported Lulzim Basha.
a) The leading institutions and forums of the Democratic Party, especially its structures at the center and at the base, have the great responsibility of uniting in a single opposition front, every member or former member of the Democratic Party, every oppositionist and contributor to the opposition cause, of any anti-regime flow and stream, with the sole aim of the victory of the Democratic Party in the next general elections;
b) The political leaders and the leadership structures of the branches of the Democratic Party take all organizational measures to enable a broad opposition front. Democrats must bear in mind that at the core of this union lies the contribution of all, without distinction, as an essential condition for our future victory;
c) In addition to the structural organization in each of its cells, the management structures of each branch should identify any public opposition factors, which, although they are not part of the existing structures of the branch, with their social and political role and contribution, are added value of the Democratic Party. For this reason, the governing structures identify, contact and make every effort to bring closer to them every individual with public reputation and social contribution, who with his/her activity has given evidence of opposition civic commitment,
d) Especially in the situation after the return of the Flag and Symbols of the Democratic Party to the common house of the Democrats, there is no longer any obstacle that the Democrats who were politically engaged until yesterday in parallel structures, regardless of the difference of opinions or positions on internal issues of our family democratic, to be incorporated into the existing structures of our branches.
