Sessions have begun in the Assembly with the aim of approving the draft resolution to declare Iran a "state sponsor of terrorism."

A day ago, the opposition announced that it would not participate in the session, which it said would be convened for Prime Minister Edi Rama's personal agenda.

The Democratic Party's statement was responded to by the leader of the Socialist Party group, Taulant Balla, who said that "Whoever ordered you did not wish you and Albania well."
