The Prime Minister has continued the meetings with the security workers on the salary increase plan. In his speech, the head of the government said that this is a historic increase that will motivate the employees and increase their contributions to the family.

Rama emphasized that for the Chief Director of the State Police and that of the Prison Police, the salary will be increased by 48,000 Lek plus starting from April 2023, for the commissioner it will be increased by 21,000 Lek and for the first inspector by 20,000 Lek.

" We are ready for a significant salary increase, it is the biggest increase due to the possibility to afford this increase.

All security workers deserve more and this is our awareness. The rewards we have increased time and time again are not enough. Everyone understands that spending depends on opportunity. A house that will not sink into debt and then be left without a roof. The increase will be done in two steps and one part will be implemented now and one part over the course of a year. Instant salary increase for you who are in this system.

The salary of each level is not the same for everyone. Today, the salary of the main manager is 139,375, and today it is 187,500 ALL. for the manager below that major 137 thousand 4500. For the commissar it becomes 112 500, for the first inspector 97 500.

For prisons, the major director 187500, the director below him 137 4500, the commissioner 112 000 and for the first inspector it goes to 97 500. This balances the security system.

We have growth for women and FNZH employees. The fire chief goes to 125,000, the fire inspector 90,000, the firefighter to 80,000 and the assistant to 70,000 and they are an increase of 20,000 new lek per month.
