The candidate of Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha, Belind Kelliçi, took a step back today and admitted that public transport will not be free.

Speaking in the "Free Zone", Kelliçi declared that he will get the money to make the bus free from the taxes paid by the citizens of Tirana.

"Basically, it is not free because it will be taken from citizens' taxes", said Kelliçi.

However, this brought the strong reaction of Ilir Meta's former adviser, Ilir Kulla, who described Kelliç's promise as propaganda.

"You are right-handed. There are people who work and pay taxes. As a rightist, I do not accept that you take our money and do this for free. The point is that if you are going to declare yourself a leftist, it is within your right to declare yourself a leftist. But, as a right-winger, I don't accept you taking our money and doing propaganda", said Ilir Kulla.
