Some protesters have come out with national flags near the Prime Minister's Office, while ministers were expected to leave the building to talk about the decisions made.
As the ministers spoke, protesters were blowing vuvuzelas and chanting 'thief government'.
Ministers from the government of former Prime Minister Edi Rama participated today in the Government meeting, where several important decisions were made, including the indexation of pensions by 2.7%.
