Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi has taken into consideration the requests of the Democratic Party to register in the elections.

He stated that the body that appoints the leader of the Democratic Party is the court and in these circumstances he emphasized that the president is Lulzim Basha and not Sali Berisha.

Mr. Lulzim Basha has the right to request registration based on the official documents that have been made available, he is the chairman of the Democratic Party according to the law . Based on the evaluation of the documentation presented by Lulzim Basha, according to the law, the request for the registration of DP should be submitted by the chairman of DP, Mr. Lulzim Basha.
