The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha , in a press conference, has stated that the Constitutional Court is under tremendous pressure, referring to Pëllumb Gjoka 's request, to declare the evidence found in the SkyEcc and Encrochat applications invalid .
Berisha said that every defendant has the right to submit any complaint to the judicial system, but added that " Pëllumb Gjoka is being used only as a prestanome ".
" Today I am before you to denounce one of the ugliest acts with the most serious consequences for this country, the tremendous pressure that is being put on the Constitutional Court to decide the invalidation of millions of pages, messages and conversations, brought in accordance with the international rule by the partners, the law enforcement agencies of the partner countries, in which Albania is proven to be a country, from the basements of criminals and the mafia to the prime minister's office, ruled by crime, crime and only crime.
In this context, a complaint made by the defendant Pellumb Gjoka is being used as a pretext.
Every defendant has the right to submit any complaint to the judicial system, but Pëllumb Gjoka is being used only as a prestanome because, in fact, behind the extraordinary pressure on the Constitutional Court to invalidate as valid legal documents 1 million pages, conversations and messages between criminals, in which they are found, 98 percent of murders are solved.
95 percent of all criminal traffic, mainly cocaine, cannabis and other traffic, is broken down.
90 percent of government interventions in tenders and concessions are broken down.
The universe of ugly criminal-gangster electoral crime is unraveled.
The engagement by Edi Rama, his criminal organization, the government, the local governors, of the entire underground mafia arsenal against the will of the voters in Albania.
So, Pëllumb Gjoka is being used as a proxy, but the truth is that the most unimaginable pressures are being exerted on the constitutional judges by the narco-state led by Edi Rama ," said Berisha.
