The MP of the Freedom Party, Monika Kryemadhi, spoke at the National Convention of this party. Kryemadhi has emphasized that he firmly stands by her proposals.
She said that she wants to have a special budget for women and girls candidates from PL.
In her speech, Kryemadhi also focused on nepotism, an issue for which she asked that no propaganda be made, since meritocracy is about a political party.
" I didn't intend to speak, but as long as I was on the agenda, I firmly stand by my two proposals, for the budgeting of the budget of women candidates for deputies or municipal councils.
It is not positive discrimination, but necessary for women and girls. My proposal is for 30%, if it is the will of the delegates, they can take it even more.
As for proposal number 2, about nepotism, I stand by not making propaganda with the word nepotism.
A political party is not about nepotism, but about meritocracy. In Power it is decided by appointment, there the chairman or the representative appoints... I think that the time has come in PL as well, since the law on the conflict of interest was mentioned to us.
I add to point 70 the proposal for the conflict of interest, where the PL member cannot propose individuals who have a conflict of interest ", said Kryemadhi.
