The Mayor of Roskovec, Majlinda Bufi, appeared this Thursday at the Special Court.
SPAK previously requested a sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison for Majlinda Bufi, on the charge of " using public office for political or electoral activity ."
Bufi does not risk going to prison because in the end, SPAK has suggested suspending the sentence and leaving her in "Probation Service" for 2 years.
