KAS dismisses the two demands of Berisha and Alibeaj

KAS has not accepted to consider the complaints of Foltore and the official PD, returning the request to Celibashi.

KAS says that the fact that Celibashi left 48 hours for Lulzim Basha to sign the PD documents himself is not a final but an interim decision and as such he did not make a decision.

The ball is again on the table of Ilirjan Celibas, who will once again call a public meeting to decide whether or not to register DP, without or with Basha's signature.

Until now, the official PD has said that Basha will not sign on the grounds that he has resigned and is no longer the president. But Celibashi has said that he will not register PD in the May 14 elections if Basha does not sign.
