Berisha and Alibeaj appealed the CEC's decision on the registration,

At midnight, the deadline set by Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi for the Democratic Party for Lulzim Basha to sign the solemn declaration provided for in the Electoral Code to register in the local elections as party leader expired.

However, before this period ended, the PD of Alibeaj turned to the Complaints and Sanctions Commission. This morning at  the CEC, the lottery was held for the selection of relators to handle the complaint submitted by the DP of Berisha and that of Alibeaj .

In conclusion, Ilirjan Rusmajli was appointed for the appeal made by Berisha PD . As for the complaint of the PD of Alibeaj, Elvis Çefa was appointed .
