The coalition "Bashke Fitomje" of the duo Berisha-Meta has complained to the Central Election Commission about the result for KZAZ 70, both for the head of the Maliq Municipality, as well as for the Municipal Council of this municipality.
In the letter submitted to the CEC, this coalition claims that there were irregularities in the ballots that were counted. According to the complaint, the ballots that should have been declared invalid because they had problems with the seals were included in the result.
"The number of voters does not match the ballots used, with the order according to the electronic identification device of persons with the ballots received for some voting centers: 3789, 3790, 3792, 3795, 8313, 3815, 3816.
The number of sheets used is less than the difference between the number of sheets received, the number found in the box and the number of damaged sheets in some VCs: 3822, 3823/1, 3824, 3826, 3827, 3827/ 1, 3828″.
According to "We win together", these irregularities have affected the profound final result of the Mayor of Maliqi.
We recall that in the Maliq municipality, Gëzim Topçiu of SP won another mandate after collecting 13,592 votes, while his opponent from "Bashke Fitomje" Alfred Gega received 6,886 votes.
