The political leader of the DP in Fier, MP Gazment Bardhi, has reacted after the news of the launch of investigations by SPAK regarding the tender for the works.

Bardhi says he has denounced this affair since August 2024, bringing to SPAK all the evidence that, according to him, substantiates abuses worth 50 million euros.

He mocks the Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, by saying that the facilities at the women's prison in Pogradec are ready.

Bardhi's full reaction:

On August 12, 2024, I reported the "Llogara Tunnel" affair to SPAK, presenting all the evidence that proves the abuse of at least 50 million euros. This money, stolen in broad daylight, has gone into the pockets of those who thought they would be forever above the law and that with the money of corruption they would forever hold power.

But, time is showing that they have miscalculated, with Albanians and with justice. Now is the time for the gang of corruption unparalleled in the history of Albania, led by Edi Rama and Belinda Balluku, to be held accountable. Fortunately, time is running out day by day. In the women's prison in Pjoska - Pogradec, the premises are ready.
