Such is the case of former minister, candidate for MP in the Shkodra district, Edona Bilali.

Bilali has published a scandalous video on her social network Facebook, showing an elderly man in the hospital in "serious condition".

As you can see in the video, after the patient learns from the doctor that he will vote on May 11, he stands up and congratulates Edona Bilali on his mandate.
