Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted again regarding the trial being held in The Hague for the former leaders of the KLA, who are accused of war crimes.
In a post on social networks, he shared a statement from the speech of the former president of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi, more specifically the statement: "The world now knows, today, as a result of this process, that there was no organ trafficking and that the House of Verdhë never existed. Now we know that I, the KLA, the people of Kosovo and all Albanians have been exonerated from these accusations. The truth has been told and the black cloud over Kosovo has been removed."
In addition to this statement, Prime Minister Rama writes that this is true, but it is still "unswallowable soup" when the liberators of a brutally oppressed people are accused of being war criminals.
"OF COURSE IT IS! But still such a slanderous soup is so unsalvageable, when you see those who led the liberation struggle of a savagely oppressed people, accused of war criminals by a body created on the basis of depraved fantasies with organ trafficking! HOWEVER, UCL WILL NOT BE WONDERED BY INJUSTICE" - writes Rama.
