Veliaj at the 5-year diploma distribution ceremony

The graduation ceremony has become a traditional, annual event for the "Harry Fulz" school. One of their special guests at the diploma distribution ceremony was the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj five years ago.

As you can see from this photo, the girl next to Veliaj clearly holds in her hands the diploma for the completion of 5 years of study at the "Harry Fultz" school.

This refutes Belind Këlliç's claim that the school does not distribute diplomas, but only a list of grades.

The truth is quite different, as the director of the "Harry Fultz" high school confirmed, the diploma is issued at the end of five years of study.

In this particular case, because Belind Këlliçi completed only 4 out of 5 years of high school, he could not get a diploma.
