Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the end of his speech after the meeting of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, told the deputies that they are in the Assembly to do work, meaning the process of negotiations for membership in the European Union. He has a different opinion about the opposition, who he says are not interested in the same thing.

"On the contrary, they are committed to using every means and method to convey outside Albania's borders the dark shadow that this country is a narco-state, and meanwhile, here inside they are only interested in hindering it," Rama said.

However, he stressed that at no time and for no reason should the Socialists close the door to cooperating with the opposition.

"Therefore, without taking away for any moment and for any reason from our readiness to cooperate if they come to sit at the tables of cooperation, we will not wait for anyone for any reason or reason to continue to do our duty. I also understand the call of friends, partners, preachers of dialogue, cooperation, consensus. I understand, we are ready. We are ready, but I have not seen cooperation, dialogue and sitting at a common table with difficulty. For us, it is never and for any reason that we close the door, that we do not take their empty chairs and far from it, burn them like they burned them. They want to cooperate, bujrum. They want to provide an alternative, it is better that they come. For the rest, the roads are separate. We ahead, they behind. The further behind they remain, the stronger the echo of their barking will come because what they do in my Albanian is called lehaqenie", said Rama.
