Taulant Balla commented on the departure of MP Marjana Koçeku from the Socialist Party parliamentary group, focusing on the method of institutional communication and the obligations of MPs.

During his statement, Balla stated that the lack of official announcements and informal communication cannot replace parliamentary procedures, while also emphasizing the responsibility that elected representatives have towards their mandates and voters.

"I am the shepherd and you tell me that I do not have a notification for a colleague to bring a letter; I had communication until Friday. Let's not forget that we have representative mandates. All of us, the SP deputies, are here because the socialists voted for us. Let them go and try it once without the fist and the rose, how they turn out. I do not analyze a new deputy. A new deputy who was invited to be part of the SP, one beautiful day after receiving a medal, said I do not want to come to work anymore. People should officially notify. How do I know that they have not closed Facebook. I called them on the phone, they did not open it for me," he said.
