The Socialist Party has proposed May 11 as the date for holding the general parliamentary elections of 2025.

This was confirmed by the general secretary of the SP, Blendi Klosi, after the consultations he had with the head of state Bajram Begaj.

"We proposed May 11 for the elections. The latest date in the legal term, as provided by the Electoral Code, to allow the preparatory process for the vote of immigrants", he told the media.
