Today, the Democratic Party continued its denunciation of the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja. "Meanwhile, the media write that after investing 3 million lek for the purchase of a piece of land by the lake of Farka, the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja intends to transform it into a property worth hundreds of thousands of euros within a complex of villas with swimming pools and walls fence by the lake of Farka under suspicions of circumventing market prices and conflict of interest.

Manja bought the land in 2021 from the official of Erjon Veliaj, Arben Maloku of constructions without permission and 5D, who at that time held the position of administrator of the local unit of Zall Herri, part of the Municipality of Tirana.

Three years after the purchase of the land, which he declared in the ILDKPI only in 2024 and not at the actual time of purchase, according to the same source, Manja and his wife applied for a construction permit in the Municipality of Tirana for the project of a villa complex. together with other owners of neighboring lands in Farka," Vangjeli said.

According to her, the details of the agreement between the land owners are unknown and do not appear to have been declared by Minister Manja in the ILDKPKI in 2023.

"According to the same source, the Municipality of Tirana has confirmed the application for a construction permit made on April 26, the request was recorded in the municipality on June 10 of this year, and is currently in the administrative review phase.

But has the ILDKPI conducted an administrative investigation into the property? of Minister Ulsi Manja?!

Vangjeli emphasized that the Democratic Party urgently demands the resignation of Ulsi Manja from the position of minister and appeals to Spaku to start immediate investigations into his wealth.
