The deputy of the Democratic Party Gazment Bardhi asks SPAK to investigate the minister Belinda Balluku, as he says, for the big affairs with the sale and purchase of electricity.

Bardhi says that today Albania has the highest price of electricity in the region, even higher than Kosovo, and that any delay and inaction against abuses further burdens the pockets of Albanians.

He says that in at least one case, KESH bought 20 million euros of electricity for 13 days, with secret procedures and avoiding the Albanian stock exchange.

White's denunciation:

Albania has the highest price of electricity in the Region, because citizens' money is abused. While the citizens of Kosovo pay the price of energy 7.4 euros/100 kmh, Albanian citizens pay 11.1 euros/100 kmh.

This is a direct consequence of the lack of transparency and abuses in the process of buying and selling energy and avoiding the obligation to use the Energy Exchange, which bring serious financial consequences for the State Budget because we bought energy expensively and sell it cheaply. This is criminal and the direct responsibility of Minister Belinda Balluku.

This criminal scheme must be revealed and punished by SPAK. Any delay or inaction weighs on the pockets of poor Albanian citizens, whose cost of living increases every day due to greed to steal anything and everywhere!
