The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said that Edi Rama should be held accountable for the "Partizani" file.

Berisha claims that a significant part of the club's territory has been converted into an urban construction zone without the owners' approval, benefiting, according to him, Prime Minister Rama's brother, Olsi Rama .

After leaving SPAK where he appeared in compliance with the " compulsory appearance " measure, Berisha told reporters that " Rama did not disclose the court's decision when he found out that one of the owners was Jamabër Malltezi ."

"As far as I know, Rama was requested by the defendants in the case from the beginning to be taken into criminal prosecution, not as a witness. Why? Because Rama had transformed a good part of the territory of the Partizani club into an urban construction zone without any request from the owners, except for the shark Olsi Rama, who had decided to become a millionaire on someone else's land. Edi Rama has been called to be questioned. But what happens behind the scenes? Behind the construction permits, later he finds out that one of the owners is also Jamabër Malltezi", declared Berisha.

He also said that Edi Rama was fined 320 thousand euros after failing to comply with the court's decision to clarify the decision, which, according to the democratic leader, Rama paid from the municipality and not from his own pocket.

"Despite the fact that the permit was granted, the territorial council voted, but it did not issue the permit. The court orders it to issue the construction permit. After the court's decision, the owners begin developing the area. Rama sends his inspectorate. The court fines Edi Rama 320 thousand euros and he pays from the municipality's pocket for the damage he caused. So Rama should be prosecuted for this," said Berisha.
