After the departure of SPAK leader Altin Dumani from the plenary session, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, leveled accusations against him.

Berisha described the SPAK leader as an advocate for the biggest thefts in the history of the country and of Prime Minister Edi Rama's government, mentioning the incinerator issues, the agreement with CEZ, and major infrastructure projects.

"It was a unique occasion in your life, everyone's, how you saw the group of sinners huddled, humbled to the ground, how you saw the slanderous advocacy that was made here for a system that is penalizing the simplest citizen more than any other."

You, the lawyers of Dumani, the hostages of Edi Rama, should not forget that for Albanian citizens, who have lost millions of euros in certified invoices with CEZ alone due to the bargains that Rama has made with CEZ, while the international audit told them 'don't make a deal, because the Albanian government is in the position of the winner', but Dumani and the Dumanis cover these.

He is the Albanian citizen who paid, as much as the hairs on his head, 400 million euros for incinerators that have no name or reputation today. He says: 'they are under preliminary investigation'. No more slander!

What preliminary investigation, sir? A common fraudster who comes out here and tries to protect Edi Rama, the chief architect of these, from the flames of the incinerators. Do you know who was convicted for the Tirana incinerator? Arben Ahmetaj was convicted, who opposed it five times, because his bathroom tiles were found! Do you know, citizens, that taken together these amount to 1 billion euros?

"Together, these constitute double the salaries. Altin Dumani did not steal these, but Altin Dumani has become a lawyer for the biggest thefts in the history of this country. You talk about investigations, do you know that the Llogara tunnel is worth 50 million euros, the Albanian citizens' fine for the Vlora airport is worth 140 million euros, which Lubia and Edi Rama will now take on?"
