The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said today that a judge has returned to SPAK the file for the investigation of Prime Minister Edi Rama's villa in Surrel.
Speaking to citizens and supporters of Unit No. 5 in Tirana, Berisha said that SPAK had closed the case denounced by activist Adriana Kalaja, but a judge reversed it, ordering the continuation of the investigation.
"A judge, loyal to the law, I don't even know his name, today returned the investigation into Surrel's mansions to the party's Skapit. Mrs. Kalaja and the DP took him because there is a black hole of corruption there. He took him to Skapit, but the miserable Skapitists transferred him to the Tirana prosecutor's office.
"The Tirana prosecution could not investigate the prime minister, who by law and the Constitution belongs only to Skapit. The Tirana prosecution cannot investigate the immune prime minister. But Skapit again refused and in the end a judge, loyal to the law, came out and ordered Skapit to investigate the case ," Berisha said.
