Berisha denounces the Big Ring Road: 250 million euros were freely stolen

DP leader Sali Berisha, in a statement to journalists, said Prime Minister Edi Rama is deeply involved in corruption.

Berisha said that a massive theft has taken place on the Grand Ring Road, emphasizing that the 27 km "Grand Ring Road" cost 450 million euros.

"On March 2, 2011, the second segment of the Municipality of Paris, the new Tirana-Elbasan road, was tendered. 3.2 km. It was tendered with 4.52 million euros per km. A year later, on October 22, 2012, the third segment was tendered," said Berisha.

" 8.2 km have cost Albanian citizens a total of 5.7 million euros per km. If we look at the total cost of the ring road, this cost is 450 million euros. But if 8 km were built with larger nodes, they were built at 5.7 million per kilometer, which means that the ring road should have cost 157 million euros, but with the increase in prices according to construction manuals, the entire Ring Road should have cost around 200-250 million euros.

But it cost 450 million euros. 250 million euros were freely stolen on the ring road. To carry out this theft, "lubi" Balluku in the last 13 km of the ring road, the descending ring road had open terrain. Lubi Balluku spent 18 million euros per km.
