Deputy Erisa Xhixho has reacted to the accusations raised by SPAK against her father, Pirro Xhixho, during the time when the latter was head of AKEP.

Xixho said that the SPAK file went to the apartment much later after the news had appeared in the media. She said that her father is under house arrest and that he is calm.

In the show "Top Story", Xixho claimed that SPAK has no evidence or fact that implicates her father in favoring a private mobile company at that time.

"Shocked actually. But let's clarify the fact that my father was the director of AKEP. Every document, his decision has been public and easily verifiable. In the file I saw there, there is no fact, no evidence, as far as telecommunications are concerned. There is no allegation of personal gain against my father.

The file is a disgrace of some prosecutors, that file against my father. We are very calm. He is under house arrest. The file came to him much later. With accusations that are not based on evidence or facts. That dossier was compiled on the basis of hearsay and there is no evidence for what it accuses my father of. We will pursue it legally. There is no evidence, no fact that implicates the decision-making of the former head of AKEP in favouritism", said Xixho.
