The separation of Shakira and Gerard Pique continues to create controversy, as new rumors surfaced about the reasons why the couple decided to separate.

It was recently revealed that the Colombian singer had hired a detective agency and through them had revealed that she was being betrayed by her boyfriend.

It was also reported that Shakira was in possession of Pique images with the woman he allegedly cheated on her with and they will not come to light because she paid for them and to have privacy.

Shakira and Pique a few days ago confirmed that they were separating after 12 years of relationship, but did not reveal the reasons and demanded respect for their private lives.

It was reported in some media that apparently the reason for the separation was the betrayal of the Barcelona footballer against Shakira by a girl about 20 years old, who was a waitress in a bar.

It was even said at one point that Gavi's mother, the player's teammate in Barcelona's first team, was the cause of the split between Shakira and Piques. But this rumor was quickly refuted by the media.
