Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing another serious allegation, this time from a woman who says she was sexually assaulted by him in July 2001.

The lawsuit was filed on May 14 in the Supreme Court of the District of New York and also includes his company, Bad Boy Entertainment.

The woman, identified in the documents as "Jane Doe," says she met Diddy in an elevator in May 2001, where he asked for her number, and they later met at a nightclub. On their second date, he attempted to kiss her, but she physically avoided him. According to the lawsuit, in July he contacted her again and invited her to his studio, where she went with a friend.

After a night that started at a club and ended at Diddy's apartment, Doe claims he forced her into his bedroom, put his hand on her throat, and said, "I'm going to suck your soul out of you." She says he continued to strangle and rape her, despite her pleas to stop.

She adds that after the act, she went to the bathroom to clean herself and then left with her friend in a black SUV. Two days later, Combs tried to contact her again, but she did not return any calls or invitations.

The lawsuit states that after this incident, she withdrew from social life, was afraid to be alone with men, and began therapy every week for about six months.

This is just one of many charges against Combs, who is currently under investigation for sex trafficking and creating a structured criminal organization. He has denied all charges.
