According to sources for 'The US Sun', each child has at least one dedicated nanny, and sometimes even more, following an organized and very strict system that guarantees uninterrupted care, 24/7.

Nannies work 12-hour shifts, starting at 6 a.m., with an annual salary of up to $100,000.

They only have one day off a week and are forced to travel with the children on every activity or trip, even to visit their father, Kanye West.

"When North goes to Kanye's, Kim usually sends three trusted nannies. If more children go at once, the situation becomes more complex, so she has created a team of about 10 nannies," the source explains.

The Kardashians' child welfare goes beyond nannies. They also have private tutors, art, dance and music instructors, personal stylists and creative activity organizers. All of these professionals work in a dedicated section of Kim's California mansion, which has been transformed into an educational and entertainment center for the little ones.
