Under the motto "One man. One mission", as Ponari himself admits, "this endurance challenge is not just about overcoming boundaries... it's about making a difference".

He started the challenge on May 10th and has completed a large part of his route, currently in Croatia.

Essentially, this is not just a sporting action, but has a message of awareness and support for mental health.

"This challenge is beyond physical fatigue, it is a way to raise our voices for those who suffer in silence," said Ponari.

"I want to raise funds and promote the conversation about mental health, especially in Albanian communities," he revealed.

His journey has crossed and still crosses a good part of Europe, while he himself has revealed that he travels over 65 kilometers per day.
