The incident occurred after several unexpected statements made by Tozaj in the media where he targeted well-known figures in Albanian showbiz.

One of them was related to moderator Luana Vjollca, whom the journalist accused of stalking her former partner, Krenar Çoçaj, and his current partner, Endi Demneri.

He claimed to have noticed the moderator's closeness on various occasions, such as on a flight to Milan and during a summer vacation in Saint-Tropez, the same city where his ex-partner was.

Due to these accusations and insinuations, Luana Vjollca has decided to officially sue the journalist, considering this as a serious violation of her public image and as direct defamation.
