Problems have surfaced surrounding Kanye West after the controversial artist appeared visibly bloated during a rare public appearance in Los Angeles with his wife, Bianca Censori.

The couple was photographed heading to a private screening of "The Housemaid," a new film starring Sydney Sweeney, sparking online speculation and renewed discussions about West's health.

Observers at the scene described a stark contrast between the two. West appeared fatter and less energetic, trying to hide his body with a brown leather jacket and dark pants.

An eyewitness told the Daily Mail that the rapper appeared "bloated" and "slow" during his public appearance.

Alongside him, Censor drew attention with a transparent, tight-fitting bodysuit, paired with silver lace-up heels, highlighting her slender figure.

While West has not publicly commented on the speculation surrounding his appearance, a source close to him suggested that the change could be related to his busy travel schedule and dietary habits.

West's renewed focus on health has also reignited scrutiny of the strict standards he reportedly imposes on Censor. In November, reports emerged claiming that West closely monitors his wife's diet and exercise routine, adhering to what sources described as a "rigorous diet."
