Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov interrupted several times his speech at the OSCE summit in Skopje, North Macedonia. 

“Can you leave me alone? Please! Thank you!” Lavrov said in English, before continuing after a few seconds his speech in Russian.

It is not known who was addressed in this way, but the Ukrainian delegation was said to have left the hall by the time Lavrov began his speech.
